    Shipping & Returns

    Shipping Information

    Acetag.com includes FREE shipping on all orders. We use USPS First Class Mail which is convenient, reliable, and fast.

    All orders will be shipped out within 2 to 3 business days upon payment receipt due to order processing.

    Order processing is needed because even though customers may pay during the day, the credit card payments are sent to batch processing at the end of the day. The following day, our staff will print the orders, pick the item, print the phone cases, inspect the item, package, and wait for USPS for package pickup. Most of our phone cases are unique in design, custom printed and made to order and will required up to 2 to 3 business days to produce. When an order has been shipped out, we will send you an email notification with tracking number.

    Orders are process during our normal business days from Monday through Friday excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

    Total delivery time = Order Processing Time + Transit Time = 5 - 8 days after payment receipt.

    Undeliverable Packages

    If for any reason your package is returned back to us due to undeliverable address, we will contact you to verify the shipping address for any reshipping. In case of a reshipping, an additional reshipping fee may be incurred.


    Tracking Your Order

    Tracking the shipment for your order is made easy, convenient, and can be done online. You will receive an email with tracking information once your package is shipped. To track your order, simply click on the tracking number that is included on the email.

    Returns Information

    Relax, returns and refunds should be easy!

    • We accept returns within 90 DAYS of purchase date.
    • You can return item and get a full refund for any reason (Changed my mind, no longer need, etc)
    • Customer pays for the cost of any return postage (this is non-refundable)
    • No restocking fee when you return the item in the original condition that you received it.

    In the rare instance, we've made a mistake and shipped you the wrong item or a defective item, please contact us at service@acetag.com immediately, so we can fix the issue to your satisfaction!
