All returns must be accompanied by a Acetag RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will significantly delay the overall return process.

- Contact us at email@example.com to request for a RMA. You can also submit a RMA form through Acetag.com
Be sure to include the following information:
- Order number.
- The date you received the item.
- Reason for request RMA.
- Your email address.
- Our customer service representatives will then issue an RMA number for your request.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. All packages returned without an RMA number will significantly delay the overall return process.

- Replacement orders will be shipped out within 7-14 business days after the returned package has been received.
- Returns for refund will be processed 4-7 business days after receipt the return.
Cell phone accessories return policy
- If the item is DEFECTIVE, you do not need to return the item back to us. You just send to us at firstname.lastname@example.org the image of the DEFECTIVE item
- All NON-DEFECTIVE items may be returned for an exchange will be processed within 7-14 business days after the returned package has been received.
- All NON-DEFECTIVE items may be returned for a refund will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
- All returns for a refund will be processed 4-7 business days after receipt the returns.
- Due to the nature of the following products, we are unable to offer a refund. We can only offer an exchange for the same products if they were defective.
