Standard Return Policy
- Return for refund (buyers are responsible for return shipping, 15% restocking fees may be applicable)
- Return for replacement: Buyers must return the product within 30 days of purchase
At Acetag.com, your satisfaction is guaranteed and we strived to provide our customers with the highest level of services. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer 30 day Money Back Guarantee. When returning packages, we strongly recommend shipping with a method that is trackable for documentation purposes. It is solely the customer's responsibility to report all physical damages to the product(s) being sent back prior to the shipment. We will not be responsible for any non-reported damages to the return package. It is the shipper's responsibility to ensure the integrity of the package as well as the proper delivery of the package to the correct location and agrees to take responsibility for any and all losses and/or damages to the package if returned improperly.
Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA)
All returns required an RMA number prior to return. In order to obtain an RMA number, please click here or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The product must be returned within 10 days after obtaining RMA in order for us to accept it. Acetag.com reserves the rights to refuse any merchandise that are returned without the proper RMA number. Note: Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable and return shipping fees are solely responsible by the customer.
Additional Return Information
- For all DEFECTIVE or WRONG ITEM, we offer 100% full refund. In most cases, we do not require customer to return the product back. Please contact us at email@example.com if your item is defective or received a wrong item.
- For all NON-DEFECTIVE merchandise, please make sure to obtain RMA and return it back to us within 30 days. A 15% restocking fee will be applied should you choose to receive a refund.
- For REPLACEMENT, all merchandise must be received by us in new condition before processing a replacement. Replacement item(s) will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after the returned package has been received.
- All items that are returned for refund will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date the returned is received. Refunds will be processed back to its original payment method only. NOTE: While we do our best to expedite the refund process as much as possible, different credit institutions and banks have various time frames for posting funds back to the account holder. On average, the refund process takes anywhere between 2 to 10 business days from the time the refund has been initially submitted from our system.
Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to offer a refund for the following items:
- Screen Protectors
- Vinyl Decal Stickers
- Data Cables
We can only offer an exchange for the same products if they were defective.
