Return for refund (original purchase price only, shipping and handling is NOT refundable): 30 days from the Invoice date
Return for replacement: Within 30 days from the Invoice date

Unless another return policy is indicated on the item, products sold by Acetag are covered by the following Standard Return Policy. All products covered under this Standard Return Policy are backed by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. You may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund for ANY REASON. Whether the product is defective, you simply changed your mind, or are just not satisfied with the product that you received, you are welcome to send it back to us for an exchange OR A FULL REFUND. Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances.

Items that are never opened or used. Or package was refused upon delivery = Full refund of purchase price (Shipping charge is NOT refundable).
Return items that are 0pen but never been used or installed = 0 to 15% of original purchase price
Missing items, packaging, or parts, clearly used and altered = up to 35% of original purchase price

It is at our discretion to determine whether a product has been opened, used, or abused. The exact amount of Return Fee will be determined at our sole discretion and is non-disputable or non-negotiable. The reason for the amount of Return Fee will be explained along with the issue of return payments.

Customer pays for cost of return shipping. Returning products must remain intact with original packaging and with any accompany materials. Refunds are issued in the some form of payment used for your purchase. Typically, refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving your product.

All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Form (RMF). No exceptions. Items return without an RMF will be delayed significantly.
